Directions
From Maryland & the South:
Follow I-70 West toward Hagerstown, Maryland to I-81 North. Follow I-81 North to Pennsylvania. Take Exit 16 onto Route 30 West (also called Lincoln Way West (LWW). When LWW becomes a two-lane, one-way street, get into the left lane. Continue to the Chambersburg square (you will see a large fountain) and turn left onto Route 11 South (also called Main Street). Get in the right lane and proceed one & one half blocks to the Capitol Theatre on the right.
From Pennsylvania & the North:
As you approach the Chambersburg area on I-81, take Exit 16 onto Route 30 West (also called Lincoln Way West (LWW). When LWW becomes a two-lane, one-way street, get into the left lane. Continue to the Chambersburg square (you will see a large fountain) and turn left onto Route 11 South (also called Main Street). Get in the right lane and proceed one & one half blocks to the Capitol Theatre on the right.
Parking
Metered parking is FREE on weekends, holidays, and weekdays after 5 p.m.
The Capitol Lot: Turn right into the parking lot just before you reach the Theatre. Enter the Theatre through the front doors.
The Wood Center Lot: Specifically for our handicapped patrons. Just as you pass the Theatre, turn right onto Washington Street and make another right into the lot. You may enter through the Wood Center doors.
Metered street parking and municipal lots: You may use any of the metered municipal lots or metered street parking. Remember, FREE metered parking weekends, holidays, and weekdays after 5 p.m.
Please DO NOT use the Kerrstown Square parking lot directly across from the theatre. Thank you.
